Recently Jay-Z performed eight shows & christened the opening of Brooklyn Nets new home
the Barclays Center in downtown Brooklyn, Well today Jay-Z released the his new EP Live in Brooklyn. A digital EP that features eight live songs and eight video clips from his October 6 show.
“Is Brooklyn in the house?” Jay asks on the EP-opening “Empire State of Mind.”
Obviously it’s an almost impossible feat for any live recording to capture the concert going experience, but this release comes really close..
This is a MUST buy, an awesome piece of hip hop & brooklyn's rich musical history.. now all we need is a live at Barclay album from Barbra Streisand's first performance EVER in brooklyn as she took to the Barclay Stage last week! #epicness
