they're made by "iiJin" a fairly new US brand, created by a Korean graduate from University of Toronto, Canada. Her major was Economics, however her passion was in fashion. She had her wardrobe filled with couture labels during her college life - Yohji Yamamoto, Iceburg, Versace, Comme Des Garcons, Moschino, Fendi and the first collection of Louis Vuitton.....
After her graduation, she decided to stay in HK and became a stylist for local celebrities and movie stars. She moved on as a buyer later on for top notch fashion boutiques and had worked with plenty of labels - D&G, Just Cavalli, Ferre, Chloe, Phillip Lim 3.1, Rebecca Taylor, Jill Stuart, Galliano, etc.
Their new collection, Glam Grunge is inspired by the late 80’s and early 90s’ Seattle Sound,
known as the Grunge period. think ...a loud concert with Kurt Cobain!
iiJin loves Grunge for its comfort , easy dressing and casual spirit. She puts a spin on it and added Glamour which makes it as they call it “Glam Grunge”.
